Photos and video go through Google Drive
Messengers squash photo quality and scramble the order. Put everything in one Drive folder and send us the link — the originals arrive safely.
Make one folder
In Google Drive, create a folder named by date and topic — like “2026-08 news”.
Upload photos & video
Put everything for this round in that folder. Original files are best.
Anyone with the link
Change the folder's sharing from “Restricted” to “Anyone with the link”.
Copy the link, send it
Tap “Copy link” and paste it to us on KakaoTalk or by email. That's it.
Send it this way and it goes live faster
- Photos— send the original files. KakaoTalk ‘standard quality’ and screen captures lose quality.
- Text — send words as text (message, memo, document), not as words inside a picture. It saves us retyping.
- Where it goes— one line is enough: “new post under News”, “replace the front photo”.
- When — we gather and apply once a month, on the 1st. Urgent news any time.
